If your gear arrives damaged or develops a fault with normal use, email us at info@moondyne.com.au with your order number and a couple of photos. We'll assess it quickly and repair, replace or refund - whichever sorts it fastest.
Normal wear and tear, misuse or modifications aren't covered - fair's fair.

FLIPPER CHUG LID
Twist, flip, chug. Take a proper gulp through the wide spout, then seal it shut. A silicone seal stops leaks, and the lid stays attached to the bottle, so there's no loose parts to lose.
BUILT-IN BUMPER
A silicone boot on the base grips flat surfaces and takes the knocks, so your bottle stays protected. It also kills that annoying clang noise when you put other steel bottles down.
Leakproof Lid
Premium silicone seals wherever leaks normally happen, tested on its side, upside down and rattling around the ute. Once our bottles are shut, they stay shut.
Wide Mouth Design
An opening big enough to pack ice straight in, No need to smash it with your fist or chip it through a skinny neck. Load it up quickly in the morning, hassle-free.
BUILT TO BE CARRIED
