Something faulty?
If your gear arrives damaged or develops a fault with normal use, email us at info@moondyne.com.au with your order number and a couple of photos. We'll assess it quickly and repair, replace or refund - whichever sorts it fastest.
Normal wear and tear, misuse or modifications aren't covered - fair's fair.

Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you're entitled to a replacement or refund.
